Refund Policy

We deal with returns on a case to case, solution orientated basis. As a general rule we have a 5 day return policy on purchases.

The Terms and conditions we trade under are there to protect us both. after all we are humans and we want you to be satisfied we will always try our best to be as accommodating as possible, especially when things go wrong. Here are the terms and conditions below, please don't hesitate contact us should you have any questions.

You may return most unused items purchased at within 5 days of the original delivery. We cover the cost of the return shipping, Should the product be defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a restocking fee of 30 percent.We will credit your refund within 7-14 days of receiving the returned item.

For an item to be eligible for return it must be unused and in its original packaging. If delivery is arranged by you, it must include tracking.


If it has been longer than 5 days since you have received your product and you discover a fault, don't worry a lot of our products such as ebikes and batteries etc. do have warranties. We mention the warranty periods of our products on their individual pages, however the exact warranty terms differ from product to product and are too broad to mention here.
